Because every order is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds. We do offer exchanges — most commonly for sizing issues.
How to request an exchange
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Let us know your order number and which size or item you'd like instead
- We'll walk you through the next steps
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Since each exchange is also made to order, please allow the same processing time (1 to 7 days) for your replacement item
